New Connaught Rooms sold to Principal hayley

Edward Symmons LLP, acting on behalf of administrators BDO Stoy Hayward, can announce today that the The New Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden has been sold to Principal Hayley. This follows sale of The Central, Glasgow to Principal Hayley earlier this week, in which Edward Symmons also acted for BDO Stoy Hayward.
The 29 room conference centre, which dates back to 1775, is prominently located on Great Queen Street off Drury Lane, and to year end 2008 had a total revenue in excess of £6.6million. The sale of the New Connaught Rooms follows the administration of the Real Hotels Group in January 2009.
